Marketing Manager

               Lauren Gaertig is a senior at The University of Alabama majoring in Biology. Having lived in six different states, she and her family now call Charlotte, North Carolina home. Lauren danced throughout her childhood and began competing in high school, which solidified her passion for performance and teamwork. After stepping away for a few years, Dance Alabama! has given her the chance to return to the stage and reconnect with her love for dance.


          This is Lauren’s second year with Dance Alabama!, and she is proud to be part of an organization making an impact both on and beyond campus. Last year, she served on the Production Committee for all three DA! shows, which gave her a strong foundation for her current leadership role as Marketing Manager. In this position, Lauren has enjoyed using her creativity and collaborating with her peers to bring the organization’s vision to life. She is especially excited to be contributing to brand marketing as Dance Alabama! transitions into a large-scale nonprofit, an experience that she looks forward to carrying into her future career in medical device marketing.


      Above all, Lauren values the opportunity to combine her passions for creativity, leadership, and community while working alongside some of her closest friends.
