Treasurer

           Lily Baker George is a sophomore at The University of Alabama, double majoring in Dance and Kinesiology. She has been dancing since the age of three and grew up competing with Element Dance Company in Huntsville, Alabama, where she received numerous individual regional and national awards. It was through her years at Element that Lily Baker developed a deep passion for dance and an appreciation for the mentors who have helped shape her journey. 

           At The University of Alabama, Lily Baker has become an active and devoted member of Dance Alabama! and cannot imagine her college experience without the organization. During her freshman year, she served on the Spring Production Committee, where she gained valuable experience and a behind-the-scenes look at the dedication and work that goes into making Dance Alabama! so special. Her time working alongside the 2025–2026 board prepared her for her role as Treasurer and strengthened her desire to give back to an organization that has given her so much. 

           Lily Baker is thrilled to serve as Treasurer for the 2026–2027 season. She hopes to foster a transparent and trusting relationship with the dancers while helping showcase the incredible opportunities and experiences Dance Alabama! provides. Being able to serve an organization she loves while continuing to pursue her passion for dance is truly a dream come true.
