Dance Alabama! is dedicated to fostering community engagement and philanthropy in the Tuscaloosa area. Our official philanthropic focus is Arts N' Autism, an organization that empowers individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through the transformative power of the arts. Being situated in Tuscaloosa allows us the unique privilege of hands-on involvement with our chosen cause.
In the past year, we've been actively volunteering in Arts N' Autism's preschool program, an enriching experience we plan to continue and expand upon by reaching out to different age groups. Additionally, Dance Alabama! will host a variety of fundraising events to support our ongoing philanthropic endeavors. These events range from fun-filled nights at Taco Mama to relaxed coffee breaks at Just Love Coffee, and even shopping sprees at Tuscaloosa's boutiques.
While these events represent just a glimpse of our activities for the year, there is much more in store within our organization. We eagerly anticipate the chance to further connect our members with the University of Alabama and the families of Tuscaloosa through meaningful acts of service.
